Main Photodocs Window: Keyboard Shortcuts

The following list details the default shortcut keys in the main PhotoDocs window.

Tip: You can customize existing keyboard shortcuts and create new ones. Learn more.

Shortcut Description
CONTROL + N Creates a new document from the selected images.
CONTROL + X Cuts the selection and places it on the clipboard.
CONTROL + C Copies the selection and places it on the clipboard.
CONTROL + V Inserts clipboard contents.
DELETE Removes the selection from the pane.
CONTROL + Z; ALT + BACKSPACE Undoes the last action on the selected page(s).
CONTROL + Y Redoes the last undone action on the selected page(s).
CONTROL + E Opens the Image Editor for manual editing of the selected page(s).
F9 Shows or hides the Process Toolbar.
CONTROL + S Stores the currently selected document.
F6 Changes the source that the Source Pane is displaying.
CONTROL + R Runs the profile that is selected in the Process Toolbar on the pages that are selected in the Workspace.
CONTROL + SHIFT + R Runs the Auto-Rotate process.
CONTROL + SHIFT + C Runs the Crop Flat Pages process.
CONTROL + SHIFT + O Performs Optical Character Recognition with the currently configured settings.
F7 Shows or hides the Source Pane.
F4 Shows or hides the Document Properties Pane.
F3 Shows or hides the Processing Information Pane.
F9 Shows or hides the Process Toolbar.
F1 Launches the PhotoDocs help files.
ALT + UP ARROW

Selects the previous document in the Workspace.

ALT + DOWN ARROW Selects the next document in the Workspace.
ALT + LEFT ARROW Selects the first page in the current document in the Workspace.
ALT + RIGHT ARROW Selects the last page in the current document in the Workspace.
CONTROL + SHIFT + NUMBER LOCK+ + Increases the viewing size of the thumbnail in the selected pane.
CONTROL + SHIFT + NUMBER LOCK + - Decreases the viewing size of the thumbnail in the selected pane.
